Eating Instructions
Stone Crabs are pre cooked and ready to eat ,no need to steam or cooking and can be kept frozen in the freezer.
Thaw out the night before in the Refrigerator (out of the freezer) or take out of the freezer and leave them out in kitchen counter top on a plate to avoid dripping from thawing for a couple of hours before serving.
Salt Water Thawing Brine:
Salt & Water Brine ,1/2 cup of Salt to one gallon of water. Put the container in the fridge keep in solution overnight for a fresh ,just out of the water taste. You can also use ice bags to keep crabs cool.
Every order comes with a Crab Wooden Mallet cracker to help you enjoy your experience of eating our "Gourmet" crabs.
